Admission Policies

1. Admission Requirements
   1. For Pre-School Students
      • Pre-School AGE REQUIREMENTS年齡限制
        

        Toddler	2 yrs. old by June	小小班　6月滿2嵗
        Nursery	3 yrs. old by June	小班　　6月滿3嵗
        Kinder 1	4 yrs. old by June	中班　　6月滿4嵗
        Kinder 2	5 yrs. old by June	大班　　6月滿5嵗

      • Pre-School Requirements
        • Application Form填寫申請表
          (duly accomplished by the applicant’s parent or guardian)
        • Photocopy of NSO Birth Certicate出生證明書影印本
        • Two(2) recent 1½ x 1½  picture
          1½ x 1½ 的照片2張
        • Photocopy of the Immunization records
   2. For Elementary and High School
      • Grades 1-12 Requirements
        • Application Form填寫申請表
          (duly accomplished by the applicant’s parent or guardian)
        • Original copy of Form 138 / Report Card
          交上學年成績單
        • Photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate出生證明書影印本
        • Two(2) recent 1½ x 1½  picture
          1½ x 1½ 的照片2張
        • Good Moral Certificate
        • Learner’s Reference Number Certification
   3. Additional Requirements for International Students
      • Duly accomplished application form
      • Authenticated original copies of Transcript of Records
      • Duly accomplished application form for Special Study Permit
      • Photocopy of Alien Certificate of Registration Identity Card (ACR I-CARD)
      • Photocopy of passport bio-page and latest admission with valid authorized stay
2. Admission Procedure
   1. All interested applicants must prepare the requirements for admission
   2. The applicant must assure the following requirements before he/she can be allowed to take the entrance examination:
      • Conduct/Deportment grade of B or above
      • Passing the initial interview of the Admission Committee
   3. Having passed the initial screening, the applicant will then be given an entrance examination schedule. The applicant must obtain a satisfactory mark in the said test before he/she can be admitted for enrollment.

New Students/ Transferees who qualified after being interviewed and have taken the School Entrance Examination are temporarily enrolled upon submission of the required documents and verification of their qualifications, pending receipt of certified true copies and transcript of records from the school last attended.
